Certificate IV in TAE provides the practical skills and underpinning knowledge for an individual to plan, deliver and evaluate training sessions in the workplace. It also provides the qualification for the conducting of Assessments.
The TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Evaluation specifies the competencies required to deliver training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency-based assessment in a range of contexts.
On successful completion of this course TAE learners will be able to deliver training in the workplace and conduct workplace assessment of competency. They will also be able to validate and develop assessment instruments in accordance with ASQA standards.
